Hello, i think a link who redirect in this section will be appear in www.kde.org and community section at the right side. For two reason:
First, this is a good idea to make kde brainstorm and many people can be propose idea about KDE. Finally, if a link in KDE Brainstorm is in section community, more and more people can propose idea.

Sorry for my poor english, i'm a french guy and don't really write more than 25 words in english (principally in english test at school ).

We will be working on this over the next couple of days.

Thanks, i think it's better for Kde to show the strengh of KDE Brainstorm.
