Maybe this could be an idea for plasma panels, too. I am thinking about a merge of panels if we have a maximized vertical and horizontal one that would cover each other! Look at the screenshot on lifehacker.com especially in the lower left corner... Lifehacker Windows Desktop Thank you very much for your attention! Edit:// i added a little button to mockup to get the merge a little bit more configurable, because not everyone will like a round edge on its desktop! That way you could have two panels of different heights and when they touch their borders fuse (they can be unfused simply be sizing them differently again).
