[KNewStuff] KNewStuff should display already installed stuff

If I install something through KNewStuff and am bored with it after 8 months, I cannot easily uninstall it through KNewStuff, since my donwloaded content is not new anymore, or it didn't make it to one of the popular lists.

There should always be an option to uninstall stuff I installed through KNewStuff.
