kickoff menu as screen edge action

For example, you'd be able to set it as the effect for the left bottom corner (with the default layout) and open the menu without clicking on it, and open your favorite applications with just one click. But then again screen edges should be turned off while full-screen apps run. Primoz, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Nov.
