Help and Settings Center

I'm discovered, that beginers usually can't find in Settings Center what they want. Users spent some time for studing Help pages (but later users only googling) and returning to the Settings Center and again searching how to change settings.
My idea is: Setting and Help Pages must be one tool with advances search capabilities. Mockup images look at kde-look.org

Fixed the link for you! It demanded log-in to see the mock-up. And not everybody has KDE-Look account.
