idea:
window boarder right click opens menu

- extending the idea, besides the in-window rightclick-menu options, menu contents could include; extend window to screen edge, extend window to next window boarder, extend window to fit contents and any other useful window management features.
- extending the idea further, a double click on window boarders should have a function, configurable, like the title bar, to the above suggested options.
