quick access to mouse setting

I use mouse with both hands, so I have to change the left/right hand settings frequently. good for health:)
I think it would be much convenient if there is a mouse setting utility/shortcut that can be easily accessed (like that of gnome or windows), not hiding deep in System Settings, so I can put a shortcut on desktop or panel.
It would be better if I can change the direction of the cursor while changing between left and right hand. I heard that Fedora has such kind of function, but I'm not sure since I haven't tried it.

Try creating a new link to an application and set the application to be: kcmshell4 mouse.

and as a new comer to KDE, I found it so difficult to create an icon on desktop or panel.
