I noticed this thing after some time: for example I have some items in Favourites section of Kickoff menu, so I use them often and then they appear in Recently Used section, and after some time Recently Used looks like Favourites. My idea is, if an item is already in a Favourites menu, not to include it into Recently Used to avoid duplication. It would be logical, I think.
