Gnome already has an applet which allow us to kill application fastly and easly.
I remember KDE had one once... but it wasn't fast enough (SIGINT vs SIGTERM maybe ?). Now I'm asking for more. I think it would be a pretty good idea to have a "signal sender" plasmoïd : you click on it, you click on a window, and it send to the applicaiton the signal you've chosed in the configuration of the plasmoïd (so you can make a SIGINT to instantly kill an application, a SIGTERM to close it properly...). You can use Ctrl + Alt + Esc to kill any X Windows application.

Yeah, there's no real point to this I feel, aside from adding a dialog saying to click a window to kill it, which would be the only real benefit from this... well, and a cool oxygen icon . But all it really uses is the command 'xkill'.
