I think most KDE users who aren't English speakers would find Dictionary plasmoid useful if they could choose which dictionary "engine" to use, for their own language or whatever language they want, RAE's dictionary, Académie Française's, and many other good monolingual dictionaries in every language possible which allow free acces from the net; also multilingual ones like Wordreference or similar.
An option to swicth dictionaries doesn't sound too difficult to implement, no?
