[Konqueror] tabs scrolling

I would like konqueror to show arrows on both sides (rather than only on righhand side) of the tab bar.

There's a wishlist item on Bugzilla for a regular scrollbar which would accomplish the same thing: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163620
