[Knetwork Manager] implement GSM presets, just like in Gnome's Network Manager there are Gsm (GSM/3G) presets from all over the world. That's very useful for mobile notebook/netbook users, especially when they frequently visit different countries. How About that? To be honest, I'm surprised that this hasn't been taken under consideration yet...
