It would be great if Tellico integrated with your web browser, at least konqueror but ideally firefox as well. So for instance if you are browsing amazon.com, google books, google scholar, imdb, or any other website that a suitable plugin has been written for, you can push a button on the toolbar or click an entry in the right-click menu and it will add the item from that page to your current collection. There would be a similar option inside of tellico to go to konqueror and grab whatever you are viewing in the currently-selected tab in the last-viewed window.
Additional plugins should be available from GHNS, and ideally you would only need one plugin per web page, with the plugin including both searching from within tellico as well as grabbing from your web browser.

I love the Zotero extension for Firefox, and collected all the books in the house (2,332) in it, but it it took an export to bibtext (obviously not perfect) to get into Tellico, so some integration between a Web browser and Tellico would be great.
