With all the talk of dynamic plasma wallpapers, I think it would be nice if we also had an option to use these dynamic wallpapers as screensavers. It could be as simple as setting the wallpaper within the plasma screensaver settings. I think it would be much better, however, if the wallpapers were given their own section with the screensaver configuration. All the settings you could use for the wallpaper would also be available automatically for the screensaver. As plasma wallpapers become more common developers might even be given an option to give their wallpaper a category, which would be used both in organizing the wallpapers and the screensavers.

This has the added advantage that anyone developing a screensaver for KDE can just use plasma (assuming it is something plasma can handle). That means screensaver developers who use plasma get a wallpaper out of it for no additional work, and wallpaper developers get a screensaver for no additional work.
