Simple KRunner launcher

I propose to create a simple launch button ( plasmoid as PopupApplet) to launch krunner. I agree that's why I leave this idea opened. I a bit to "already implemented happy" . But I have learned that the best thing to do is to leave ideas open even if I think that they are implemented.
