This is a small request, but one of the people I set KDE up for brought it to my attention. The GHNS button in most panels doesn't have any icon, and especially on the desktop appearance window, one of the two of them can easily be missed.
Since everything involving adding things in KDE is usually denoted with a green +, why not just add that to the get new stuff button? It would call attention to the feature being there, and give a visual clue as to what it does. I suppose some other icon could be used, but the green + made the most sense to that particular newbie.

While the GHNS window itself has a checkmark icon for the Add button, most windows have a button that launches KGHNS don't have an icon, good catch.
