Hovering icons of lyx files, i would like the lyx-rendered text to be displayed, rather than the latex character text.

I would like a preview of the first lines of the doc, rendred the same as opened by the lyx editor.

Rendering LaTeX documents is a time (and CPU) consuming task. I think it is better to ask LyX developers to include a thumbnail of the document inside the file (something similar to opendocument format) and only then start talking about kde showing that thumbnail.
