[Plasma] TV Listing Plasmoid

I think the KDE desktop needs a tv listing plasmoid, where we can select the channel and program and also keep notification according to the program time.
the http://tv.yahoo.com/listings and other tv listing source can be added for local regions. Like this for indian tv guide
and with many ideas the brainstorm here will create...
