[KGet] Add open automiticaly for type of file

exemple :
if I create a catégory "doc" (*.pdf, *.odt. *.doc ....)
i can say to kget to open automaticaly the file with the good software (okular for pdf, ooo for odt doc) this can be set with file association dialog witch already exist in kdesettings
