Centralized user information settings

Should be a centralized place to set user information.
First time user log into KDE he should be asked of name,surname,nickname,or should be used the linux user information and at this step user should be asked of some other info,like mail address,avatar image.
When an application like Kopete is started for the first time it should use the information previously setted. The same for PIM application. The user should be able to change this info or to refine it later or to set it different for every application.

We actually have this as a central setting, had it even in KDE3.

Asking for this info at first login is probably a good idea though.

Yes,we have this centrlized place but applications don't use it to retrieve information about the user.
