[Solid] Get current CPU frequency

After reading the Solid::Processor Class Reference I see there is no way to get current CPU frequency. But at least I think this feature is cool and very useful. I can even implement a simple cross-platform CPU frequency monitor if this feature available. So I ask for this feature.
