problems could be solved by having kwin plamoid (a container for any app in desktop), that would basically be program placed into desktop.

If we want to run plasmoid as a separate process create one and "park" it on desktop, want any other program, park it too

What does kwin have to do with it? What you want is XEmbedd and there is already a plasmoid which does exactly that: http://websvn.kde.org:80/trunk/playgrou ... embed-win/

Such a Plasmoid already exists in plasground. It uses the x-embed technology. You can just press "choose", click inside a window, and the window is embedded into Plasma. My Kopete is now a Plasmoid (since a few hours).
It has still a few problems:
-No rotations
-You can't save which application to embed
