For some applications can occur the situation that the a part of the functionality of one application depends on a running second application.
Examples:
Krusader -> Smb4k
Kopete, KMail -> KWalletManager

For the first example, if I use Krusader with auto-saving open directories in some panels, where some of them are mounted directories by smb4k, these directories are missing until smb4k is not started and remounts them again.

It would be nice to have a possibility add user-definable startup dependencies for particular auto-started applications, which require them. Applications which do not require dependencies might startup independently as before.

If someone means this could be solved in a different way within the applications itself feel free to comment.
