Enabling and disabling static word wrap in Kate 3.2.2 (using KDE 4.2.2) requires every time to select:
Settings -> Configure Kate -> Editor Component -> Editing -> "Enable static word wrap"
This is very annoying when editing certain kind of text-based source files, e.g. LaTeX sources, where paragraphs are typically word wrapped and verbatim environments are not.
While "Dynamic Word Wrap" and "Word Wrap Document" actions are available to be added to Toolbars and Shortcuts, the same is not possible with "Enable/Disable static word wrap". It would be very useful to have "Enable/Disable static word wrap" in the list of action available in Toolbars and Shortcuts.
There are already two wishes about this issue reported in the bug tracking system (130647 and 141946), but they never received attention.

Best regards.
