[KNotes] Drag'n Drop to create a new note

Hi

It would be great to be able to create a new note easily by drag'n drop from ksystray to desktop. This would be the same action that people do IRL, taking a Post'it from stack and sticking it on the desktop. Thus I think this would improve KNotes user friendliness.
