make a plasmoid with menu

this plasmoid is intended to be used on a panel - like an autohide
'utilities' panel

you can drag a file or object etc from file manager / web page / etc and drop it to one of the menu items

then a new icon appears which you can drag to the destination

this menu can be

to mp4
to mp3
to avi
to flv

or

to jpeg
to png
to gif

or

to bbcode
to ms word
to opendocument
to txt

the new icon is icon of the created file in /tmp. when dragging the icon the file is moved from /tmp to its wanted destination

the user can configure to place the files in a preset folder or open a 'file save' window instead
