Imagine you are using Writer, Firefox, Dolphin, Amarok etc.

When all windows ant fit in panel, they are grouped (unless you set up differently).

Is you have firefox and firefox downloads windows opened, they are grouped together. In 99% cases when you switch between eg Writer and firefox you want firefox, not downloads window to appear.

My idea is to create a double click action over window title in task bar to rise the most recent/ with highest z-index window, not to show list of windows

Or even left click on group show list of windows, right - rise most recent.
