I think there should be levels available in ktron, both for tron and snake modes, that have walls inside the level that have to be avoided. There would be different levels with different layouts of walls.
Having a set of walls hard-coded into the program would be fine, but allowing them to be downloaded through ghns would be better yet. Considering the simplicity of the level (a fixed-size room with one type of block), a single simple text file with an ascii-art version of the level would be enough. It wouldn't even matter what characters you use. If you go that route, letting users import their own levels from text files would be a natural. thing to do, since making new levels would be trivial for even the least experienced user.
