[KIO] Overwrite Older Files-Option

Hi!
the overwrite-file-dialog currently displays the modification-time of the files.
But this feature would be more useful, if there would be an option to overwrite all files older then the replacing file. It's implemented in FileZilla but Konqueror is a better FTP-client.
