Per-activity themes

I think it would be nice if you also had the ability to set the theme on a per-activity basis. So the current "Desktop theme" drop-down would be re-labelled to something like "Global desktop theme", while checking a check box below it for "use a different theme for this activity" would make a second drop-down available that would allow you to set the theme for just that activity.
