[kjots] Simple wiki syntax support

Tue Apr 28, 2009 1:10 pm
I tried to create books(for noting down my ideas systematically) but I found it lack function, i.e., simple wiki syntax support. For example, if I type "* Usage", it will create a "Usage" list item for me. I think this feature is very coool and convenience.

Hope you think so too ;)

Problem here would also be to decide which type of syntax for that. When you speak of Wiki that isn't very exact. There are thousands of 'dialects'. And than there are some other codes which are also very popular. Think about BB-Code, think about LaTex, what about XML in all it's ways?

Is there a KDE convention on how to format texts in this way?
