According to this Idea: Global-Shortcuts idea
i want to extend this approach. Assigning mouse buttons to keyboard shortcuts can easily be done via xbindkeys at the moment, so maybe there is not really a need for an own kde implementation! BUT, it what we can't do with xbindkeys are things like closing a window by pressing middle mouse button over it while we are in activated "present-windows" effect... I know this feature from OsX or from Compiz and think that it's very useful when you have opened really many windows... I have no idea how this could be realized in a technical way, maybe via dbus? |

I think these sorts of specific of interactions, particularly ones that are impossible even with a keyboard right now, would probably be better as separate brainstorm ideas. So I would have an idea about closing windows in present mode and desktop grid mode, and other separate ideas about other such interactions.
