On most modern OS this is easy to do.
In KDE you have to find it first. But that is not main problem.

1. There should be menu or something like that with options:
a) Standard user
b) Administrator
After that, option to customize it.

User info tab:

1. Do you think that button Set Password is good idea? What happens if I don't...

2. Account Disabled by default???

3. Copy skeleton? I could guess what it does...

Groups Tab:

I don't know how to use it.

Yes I can google for help, but why would I want to do that?

Idea? Make it easier to use. Usability is low. Am I missing something?

Voted good. This is something that needs to bee done. I also think that it should integrated in System Settings.
