Integrate cd-ripping with cd-player software

It would be nice if we could start ripping a cd with kaudiocreator just from any cd-player we have around, like amarok, juk or kscd (one thing that's OT: kscd shipped with kde 4.2.2 doesn't work and it's horrible).
Maybe it could be done with an entry in the file menu of these players (hopefully, the same entry, to not confuse the user).
