Sometimes i would need to go through all open tabs titles/addresses, of all open windows.
Possibly also viewing history of every tabs. ----p

I get the main idea, but for me ta least it sounds a bit vague...
Care to explain more. Where would this task bar be. Is it a part of Konqueror or would you want that a task bar would (like in W7) present not only all windows of one app but also tabs of it... I guess you mean the first, but the second could be useful to. Don't know how much both of them are doable...

Yes, a sort of task bar per window would be useful and simpler to implement (i guess. The bar could be displayed by right clicking on the 'new tab' button, in the tabs bar. ---p

Right now there doesn't seem to be any way of viewing what tabs are open. I think a menu would do, but a real taskbar-like bar would be great.
