Mouse wheel moves through pictures

A number of image managers, including Gwenview, have a great feature where you can move back and forth through pictures using the mouse wheel. I think having this as an option for digikam would be nice as well.
Man is the lowest-cost, 150-pound, nonlinear, all-purpose computer system which can be mass-produced by unskilled labor.
