The password dialog are presented on window list. This is ugle and not intuitive. Password dialog can be represented there, but should be also on the tray. Additionally, we should show only one password question at the same time.
The idea is simple. We run kde-password or policykit agent like to asks us for somethink. We should integrate this two thinks(policykit and kde-password) with him selves and tray. When password dialog should occurs, system shows only icon in the tray. User may click on it and select password question. He could also click one root shot option and common password dialog are displayed for root password. It should be also one shot my password and your password dialog is displayed(in policykit we have two class of password: ourselves and system-administrator). These dialogs offer way to type password of some class for all dialog of this class. These dialog should have option to list any action performed by input password and program's names. User should have way to disable some actions from one root/user shot dialog. These dialog should show us number of action it will performed and warning "You like to give access many programs to your computer or taking some different actions. See the list of it!". Once user don't appear on the tray icon, we can show normal dialog, but only one a while! User may to disable it in settings. Sorry for my English.
