Hi!
The context-menu for hyperlinks currently displays only the option to copy the link location. But there could be more options: -Open in new Konqueror-window -Open in new Konqueror-tab -Open in current Konqueror-tab -Open in profile... Submenu for all profiles Start profile with this site Open in this profiles (only visible, if the selected profile is running) Open in this profile in new tab Open in this profile in new window There should be a configuratable default action. For example you could say: Open links always in a new tab of this profile. The User |

Firefox, Opera...
They have also some options like "open in new tab" or "open in new window". There could be options for them and options could be deactivated. Non html: There are different possibilities: -Options only for some mime-types -Default behaviour: Open with "kfmclient exec", but you could also open it in Konqueror. For example: You want to create a HTML-page. Somebody sends you a link to an image with the design. It would be useful to open it in a specific profile of Konqueror to compare HTML with the image. Or maybe you want to open PDFs in Konqueror-windows. For example you could change the behaviour such that pdf-links are opened in a specific Konqueror window instead of Okular. |
