Amarok LocalCollection expand all

Simple, include the option to expand the list of all the amarok local collection. Another solution is to include the None option in the first level as exists in the second and third levels. That mostly because of the vagueness of the idea. I suspect that you used a translation tool to help you with writing ideas. If you can please re-write them somehow, that would be great.
