Would be great to set notification autohide timeout.
E.g. notifications from kopete (new message) is real annoying, because they does not hide at all (imagine 3 or more notifs, grouping would be half-solution).

Additionally, the notifications are treatet as windows in kwin, -> alt+tab should not have them in list. (or it should be configurable)

New message notifications are likely considered to be of importance to the user, therefore Kopete makes them "Require user acknowledgement" as part of Usability. This is controlled by Kopete not Plasma.
