The best example is in Vuze, where we have 3 levels of access to settings (others are simply hidden)
Normal - only most important settings are present. None of them could harm the system Advanced - Much more settings, some, if set wrong could harm the system excerpt most difficult Expert - all settings. Similar differentiation should be done in KDE System Settings settings too Especially, when most of brainstorm ideas are optional, its very easy to get lost for new users. This setting could be global, e.g. plasmoids could also have normal and advanced settings (like mounting options is not a place for home user)
