[kdelibs]mouse scroll for tabs switch

use mouse scroll for tabs switch:

then press down right mouse button - show contex menu,
in this mode, if I scroll mouse - hide menu and show list of tab,
and after release right mouse button - switch to selected tab
(like opera...)

mouse scroll very help to quickly navigate in many tabs
