it is very difficult - use shortcuts in system with 2 keyboard layouts,

then i press:
CTRL+S - save
CTRL+Ы - do nothing((( (but must save)

need assign:
Ы as S
Ф as A
........
etc .........
for all letter in ABC

use manually assign addition shortcuts for each action - its long and ugly way
----------

and
if I use ALT+SHIFT for change keyboard layouts -
this combination must be allowed to use in shortcuts(example ALT+SHIFT+w)
(and without change layout )
-----------

sorry my ugly english

Works for me.

As for alt+shift it's more of an X issue, I believe.

Do not try this at home, part 1. Second most favorite command after KDE upgrade: # chmod -x /usr/bin/kactivitymanagerd

AFAIK, as long as alt+shift is used as a shorcut to change keyboard layout — no. Alternatively you can set up Caps Lock as a keyboard layout switcher (I'm using Scroll Lock myself).
