There could be some additional actions when you drop titles:
-Copy or move to media-player/iPod -Create playlist with this titles -Convert the files -Delete the files The icons should be a little bit smaller, they are really oversized. The User |

I like the first part, but I do not think they are oversized.

Size should be part of theme, not player itself, I believe

I think it should be configurable, which actions appear in which order in which size.
