For me its a major annoyance when I try to upload a file to my blog that the new kde 4.3 beta, konqueror asks me every time if i really really want to send the file
Its the same thing like in the windows systems where you get asked if you reallly want to run this corrupted file that is probably a virus . The users will always want to send them its wannabe security that is exercised there. Also most of the modern sites hosting such a service are aware of things like this and have a accept button there self and so it is not needed to have this by default in the browser. I would like to see a checkbox that could prevent konqueror from asking again at least.

I suspect this has been added because websites have tried nabbing files off users' computers before...
