KDE-Settings::Sound remove the tab

Every now and then I see peole on IRC and I myself struggling with the sound settings on KDE its really not the best solution to make a tab just for the backends and the hardware priority I would preferr it if we could move the tabs to the tree list on the left and just do a toplevel node for backend and the hardware priority.
