[Basket] Printing

Hi,

Basket-Printing support is missing.

It should enable printing of a whole basket, basket groups and individual notes (right-click on the note, then print).

Some discussion might be needed on how it is possible to effectively display a basket on an A4 sheet.

What do you think?
