combined stop/reload button

I think having a button that combines the stop and reload button in konqueror would be useful to remove clutter. It may not be the default, and it certainly would not mean the existing separate buttons are removed, but at least having it in the list of available buttons would be a good idea in my opinion. I know I would use it.

Arora has this button and is really a good idea. Konqueror must implement it.
