"detach duplicate tab" option

It is currently possible to detach a tab (i.e. move a tab to a new window), and it is possible to duplicate a tab, but there is no way to make a new window containing a duplicate tab. This would essentially be combining the two steps, but at least for me it is such a common task I would like to see an option to do it in one step.
