Currently konqueror can use kget to download links to various files. However, it either doesn't download embedded files (like images you can see when viewing the page) or does not provide an easy way to differentiate them from linked files. I think it would be very useful if kget listed both embedded and linked files as well as having options to "only show embedded files" and "only show links", as well as "show all".
